Our process makes us different.

After serving the community since 1972, we apply a sophisticated process to tax preparation. We are not a cookie cutter tax preparer!

We test our own knowledge.

Every January all the Tax Consultants start attending “Gear Up” classes to identify all new tax law changes and IRS regulations. We are tested on our knowledge and application to these changes.

We are highly organized.

We send all our tax clients a “Tax Organizer” with the previous year’s tax information to help trigger their memory and how to prepare for the new tax year. They constantly remind us how helpful the organizer is to them.

We respect confidentiality.

We meet with our clients in private offices behind closed doors. Their information is confidential and we respect their privacy. We discuss and review all their papers. We interview them with a series of questions to ensure that we are not overlooking any opportunity for them to save every legal tax dollar.

We check, and double check our work.

Once we have prepared their taxes, we then send the printed copy, with all supporting documentation, to our “Checking Department.” Our checkers are also qualified tax preparers. They attend and participate in the same “Gear Up” training. They scrutinize the tax return and review it with the Tax Consultant, if they found any omission or errors.

When the tax return is finalized, it is then processed by our “Assembly Department.” Here, the individual prepares the hand-out package for our clients with everything assembled for the IRS. We also E-File for our clients convenience and offer them the opportunity for direct deposit of their refund to their bank account. This service is Free to our clients.

We are personal.

We do not just call our clients to come and pick up their taxes. We schedule an appointment to meet with one of our “Hand-Out Specialists” who will review the completed return with the client. Questions can be addressed immediately and the client walks away with assured tax-peace-of-mind.

Our clients are very important to us and that is why they come back year after year. We do not rush them through the process and we are open all year long. We do not take the sign down on April 16th.
